osmosis lab: observing gummy candy and potato: due thursday, jan 24

Write up the OSMOSIS LAB You may hand in your lab in pairs or threes

5.   Procedure:  Write a step by step procedure describing our three out of experiments:

TWO EXPERIMENTS:
PART 1: observing gummy candy in water and in a hypertonic sucrose solution
PART 2: observing potato pieces in water and in solutions of  increasing sucrose concentration
