2.  identify a triglyceride as   SOLID, LIQUID,  saturated or unsaturated and label the cis or trans fatty acids

Our class is invited to attend the Don Rix Distinguished Lecture Series October 19   My assignment is for you to write a one page summary of the event and describe what you learned.  The dress code is business casual and there will be a formal catered reception  following the lecture.  You will be dismissed following the lecture.
